Night clubs

For those who still have some energy left after a day on the slopes (how do they keep going?), there are four main places to go once the other bars shut. Three are in 1850, but 1650 has one nightclub, which seems to change its name every year! Originally called La Godille, it then became Moulin Blanc, and is now La Taverna. This is situated at the end of the parade of shops near the Sherpa supermarket.
In 1850, choose from The Kalico, Les Caves, or La Grange.
The Kalico
This is very popular with the younger crowd, and opens till 4am. Their evening menu includes Mexican dishes.
Les Caves
This is situated near the entrance to 1850 and is popular with locals, tourists and celebrities alike. This night spot also houses L’Indochine, which is an excellent Oriental restaurant.
La Grange
This was refurbished recently and hosts regular entertainment throughout the season, such as party nights, lingerie shows, table dancing and many other surprises.
After all that, you’ll be needing another holiday! Whatever you do, make sure you’re up in the morning, ready to catch the first lifts, to pack in another full day on the slopes!
