Le Marquis is located in one of the best areas in 1650, right in the heart of the resort, close to the main Tourist Information Office, and very near to the main Ariondaz gondola. It is probably better suited for those with young children, as everything is virtually at the doorstep.

If arriving by coach, get off at the first stop in Courchevel 1650, opposite the Tourist Office. Le Marquis is about 100 metres away, just past the Hotel du Golf.

The apartment contains almost everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering holiday. Please note you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels—duvets and pillows are provided for each bed.

Our apartment is located on the top floor (4^th floor), and is a ‘duplex’ apartment of 30m², including a mezzanine floor. There are two further single beds in the living area, and a double sofa bed, providing room for up to 6 people. However, as the apartment is quite small, it is perhaps more comfortable for 4 people. We have a well equipped kitchenette, including two electric hobs, an oven and dishwasher by De Dietrich, and a Whirlpool washing machine.

There is a separate toilet, next to the bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, shower and handbasin, with a heated towel rail. The apartment is centrally heated, and there is a permanent supply of hot water—no waiting around for baths or showers!

Upstairs on the mezzanine floor are two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed if required, a spacious mirrored wardrobe and a TV and DVD. A CD/Tape player is also provided.

There is a small balcony, facing east, with superb views of the Dent du Villard mountain range, and further afield you can look out to the resort of La Plagne.

We have three ski lockers for you to use, which have plenty of space to hold all of your skiing and snowboarding equipment. On the ground floor of the building you will find Gilbert Sports shop, where you can hire your ski and board equipment at a discount of 15% for our guests. However, we would recommend that you use Sport Gliss which is a 5 minute walk away, the last shop as you walk up towards 1850, just past the Club Hotel. Sport Gliss is one of the best value shops in Courchevel, and will give you a 20% discount off their already low prices.

All in all, therefore, this property is perfect as a self-contained apartment throughout the year, with everything required to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Although there is no designated space for car parking, you are able to park in the Cīmes Blanches underground car park, just 50 metres away, which has space for over 400 cars, at a cost of €60 per week. The car park has a height limit of 2.15 metres.

We respectfully ask that you take responsibility for keeping the apartment clean during your stay. All we ask is that you ensure the apartment is clean when you leave. It would also be helpful if you could replace any breakages—we do not charge for these, but rely on you to ensure there are enough things for the next user.
